President's Profile: Karl Donas Quarshie
I have been a member of the Victory Christian Centre Aog church since 2008 till Date.
I have been occupying this position as the Men’s Fellowship Leader since 2012 and By the grace of God I have been able to strengthen the Ministry through fostering unity for all members, completing the floor for VCC Premises to be used by the youth for their services. I have also been preparing up to date yearly Men's Ministry programme of activities to help in the spiritual growth of all the members, development and physical advancement of members. We have been able to acquire some Hymn books for the church and have encouraged members to avail their skills, knowledge, competencies during the rehabilitation of the church premises in 2012-2013.
I am also a Deacon, In charge of Ushers, Member of Victory Christian Centre Aog Finance Team, and Member of the Victory Education Foundation Project Team and In charge of the visitation / Follow up Team for the church.
Praise be to the Lord for what He has done.
MEN’S MINISTRY FUNCTIONS:
The Men’s Ministry Department of (Victory Christian Centre Assemblies of God Church- Leyton Branch), aims to inculcate the following unto its members;

| To preserve our Pentecostal style of worship among members of the ministry and the church as a whole. |
| To foster unity of brotherliness and Philadelphia love amongst members and the church as whole. |
| To develop and instill good Christian virtues amongst members and their families in enhancing church building (church growth) |
| To empower members economically, socially, morally and also promote their civic needs to live well within the 21st century in promoting peace and tranquility within the community at large. |
| To win more souls into the ‘Kingdom of God’ through vigorous evangelism and the propagating of the gospel as part of the great commission ( Matthew 28:19-20) |
| To also support the church in carrying out various projects e.g. financial contributions, also purchase of equipment and gadgets for the church to function effectively and efficiently. |

The Men’s Ministry Department of Victory Christian Centre Assemblies of God (Leyton-UK Branch) helps to partner with the leaders of the Church in equipping and resourcing the church to create a conducive environment for worship, that encourages the development of The Spirit-Empowered Man.
We also aim at developing the holistic being of church members in general in terms of strengthening their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We also help to instill Christian values by way of encouraging members to participate in our programmes by way of cultivating and instilling good Christian virtues which will intend help them to raise their families in the things of the Lord in their homes e.g. Having fellowships with their families at home, motivating individual members to have their own quiet time with the Lord at their convenient and suitable time with their maker.
